Question: Do I have to register?

Answer: No, you don't have to register if you just want to look around. You only have to register in case you want to buy something. In that case we will need your name and address (and company if applicable) for the license since this is a legal contract between two business parties.

Question: Will there be watermarks in the content like in the samples in the shop?

Answer: No, of course not. We just put our logo in the samples so we don't provide free content for everybody. :)

Question: Are all necessary documents for 2257 included?

Answer: Yes, all content comes in ZIP files that include the IDs and 2257 documents. They are available right after payment is accepted, no need to wait for anything.

Question: How do I pay?

Question: Can I return the content after I paid it?

Answer: You have the right of withdrawal within 14 days after entering our license agreement about online digital content. However, once you start downloading the content from our site and/or uploading it to yours, you may no longer withdraw from the purchase as we have fulfilled our obligations.

Question: Do I have to pay European VAT?

Answer: It depends. If you are located outside the EU, you do not have to pay VAT. If you are located inside the EU but do have a European VAT ID, you can enter the VAT ID in your customer profile. Your purchases will then be VAT exempt. If you are located inside the EU but are not VAT exempt, VAT will be charged at the time of checkout. All prices in the store are net prices.

Question: How is the content delivered?

Answer: After the payment is accepted, you will be redirected to the download area. Please click on the links of each individual item to download your content. In case you lose your previously bought content, due to hard drive failure for example, you can always come back and download the content again - just choose any of the orders you made.

Question: In what format is the content delivered?

Answer: All pictures are in JPG format and come in original camera size (can vary) and also for your convenience resized to 1500x1000 px. All videos are delivered in MP4/H264 (ready for streaming) - currently at 4 mbit/s for SD videos, 10 mbit/s for HD videos (1080p) and 30 mbit/s for 4K videos (2160p).

Question: Can I buy content for print magazines? Or Broadcasting? Hotel TV? IPTV? VOD? DVD?

Question: Can I use the content on Phone Sex Profiles?

Answer: Yes, we have no problem with that. Please put the domains of the sites you use in your profile.

Question: Can I use the content on clip stores like Clips4Sale.com?

Answer: Yes, that is fine.

Question: Can I use the content on tube sites?

Answer: According to the standard license you can use up to 30% of each video for promotion purposes. This includes tube sites. You are NOT permitted to use full length videos on tube sites that allow users to watch the videos for free - no matter if registration is needed or not. Paid membership tube sites are no problem. For FULL LENGTH FREE Tube usage you will need to choose the extended license for unlimited domains and the unlimited tube license. If needed please choose those options in the shopping cart.

Question: On how many domains/mobile applications can I use the content?

Answer: The standard license allows up to 5 domains/mobile applications THAT MUST BE OWNED BY YOU (this does not affect phone sex clients or clients with clip stores). You can also get the extended license with unlimited domains/mobile applications for a 25% premium, it is an option in the shopping cart. Please read the license first.

Question: Can I use the content as free webmaster content?

Answer: Yes, this is included in the standard license.

Question: Can I use the content in Free Hosted Galleries (FHG) for my affiliates?

Answer: Yes, this is included in the standard license.

Question: Can I use the content for mobile applications?

Answer: Yes, we treat mobile applications like domains, no matter if native or web based. Each application can be adapted for the various operating systems, it still counts as one application. Please read the license first.

Question: When I sell my website, can I transfer the content to the new owner?

Answer: Please contact us, according to our license you will need a written permission by us.

Question: How do I get a discount?

Answer: Discounts are automatically applied in our shopping cart: $100 = 10% $500 = 20% $1000 = 30%
